International competition in physics

In the international online competition in physics (Physics Brawl Online) held on November 20, the team of our school took part in the composition of: Tijana Zimonja (III1), Jana Kesić (III1) and Nikola Sokolović (II1). The team placed among the top 25% in the competition of teams from 81 countries around the world.
Vojin Čanković (III1) also participated in the competition with the team of the Regional Talent Center “Mihajlo Pupin” from Pancevo.

Students from our school participated in the correspondence competition of the Tournament of Young Physicists. To enter the tournament, it was necessary to solve one of the 17 offered problems, perform an experiment and write a report. Jovana Čarkić (I1) worked on the “Dripping Fountain” problem, and Jana Kesić (III1) worked on the “Dancing Slinky” problem. Both students placed in the national competition among the 40 best from all over Serbia and were invited to the preparations that will be held from January 14 to 18, 2025 at the Research Station “Petnica”.
